Usha Elyatamby is a Director with the Intelligence Sector, and National Toll Market Leader for tolling and road pricing initiatives, both in North America and internationally.

Usha has over 20 years of experience with technology-led initiatives within the transportation mobility arena. She has been a trusted advisor and has been instrumental in establishing new revenue payment systems, advanced traffic management systems, and control centre operations across the globe. She leads clients with strategic planning, financial analysis, and critical thinking around design and development for construction and operations. Throughout the project lifecycle, emphasis is given to innovation, value, constructability, and maintainability. As a leading professional in the infrastructure solutions practice, Usha advises public agencies and private infrastructure concessions and operators on the technology roadmap for their capital and operational expenditures for successful operations. With the ever-changing arena of intelligent transportation systems and the digital economy, it has been important to offer sustainable design solutions to our clients.
